Susan in Hemlock - 3 season room
Customers comment
Tom Mitchel always returned my calls promptly and was very professional at all times. I could tell he wanted me happy and did everything in his power to make that happen - and now my carpenter, Matt Auch - where do I begin and how can I put into words what I truly think of this young man. The job he did on my 3 season room was truly a work of art. My 3 season room is far beyond my greatest expectations. You truly have to see it to believe it - even the Blinding inspector was impressed when he said "WOW" !
Now for his professionalism and character; his professionalism was beyond reproach, his work ethic was top notch and he put in some long grueling work days. he kept me informed on his work schedule and if he had to get something for the job I knew where he was going he was very respectful and went above and beyond in every aspect of his job. Matt is the best of best - we need more Matts! Respectfully Susan W. - Hemlock Mi

Tim and Chris have been working with us since Saturday to dry out our flooded house. From the moment they arrived, they have been absolutely wonderful! They were cheerful, calm, and very informational. They answered all our questions, and helped to put us at ease. What has been a very stressful few days for our family, has been much easier to deal with thanks to your team! I wanted to extend our deepest gratitude for their attention to detail, exceptional work, and most of all the personal touch they provided to my family. I know we have a long way to go to get the house back to normal, but if the rest of your team is as exceptional as Tim and Chris, I know we are in capable hands!

Large Water Restoration Project - From Dry down to Rebuild
Dear Friends at Gohm Restoration:
Oct 27th 2012
Restoration as a result of water damage began early May 2012 went through the summer months and finally ended late October 2012. I was able to see several different crews come up to Gladwin and endure some of the rough roads that lead up to my lake house. Mr. Miller and his crew was great and managed a lot of hard labor to remove and place most of the plaster ceilings into the Billy's dumpster. They did this so efficiently using plastic covers, etc to reduce dust and debris from the rest of the house. I really want to thank them again for this hard work not only for the ceiling but the walls and above the ceiling as well (wet insulation). At one point they hit a black ant nest and down they came on him!! We all had a good laugh something about "ants in the pants" After that, there was the whole question about electrical heat to replace the ceiling heat. That took some time, phone calls and trips up here to finally come to a decision to use hydronic electric baseboards. Mr. Henne's crew was also
fast, efficient and very knowledgeable to the trade. Thanks Jerry and Mark. Again time was needed to take down the plaster ceiling in the basement so new wires could be run and this was done very well and with high skill. Electrical inspector passed this house with no comments or suggestions.
Lastly, Brian and Neal came upon the scene. Right away there were both able to begin restoring, repairing, replacing They worked very hard on the ceilings, walls, doors,
windows, basement doors and more misc that I can’t even begin to mention. I felt like they were working on their own home with top quality care. I am so thankful for them
and all their abilities and skills. I was sorry about some of the car problems they had for I know the distances they had to travel. This house is not that same without them around it seems. Troy… thank you and all those at Gohm for being with me as I moved through these months of restoration. I will always have good things to say about Gohm. In fact your sign will remain framed in front of this house as a testament to quality and care I received these past six months.
If I can ever be a reference for your workmanship or company just let me know.
Thanks so much again

Tom did a great job. If it wasn't for him working with our insurance company I don't think we would have gotten the amount that we did, and in the time we did. The insurance company really dragged their feet and Tom got them moving. Fred, Phil, Justin and Mike did a great job. Fred is an amazing carpenter. We are so happy with our basement! Your dry out team was really good too! I can't say enough about your company. Thank you so much. :)

Kevin and Tom were the men that worked on our kitchen. Could not say enough praises for the work they did and the concern they showed toward us. We will highly recommend Gohm Insurance Restoration to family and friends when there is a need.
