Contents Management & Restoration

DPI or Digital Photo Inventory is Gohm’s technology advantage in packing out the contents of a home.  The DPI system allows our highly trained professionals to actively catalog the contents of a home and the condition of those contents on site.  The DPI system limits any questions about the condition of the items when they left the home.

Once off site, Gohm stores the inventory in a highly secured unit.  The company works very hard to make sure that the cleaning and restoration process is documented and cataloged throughout the process.

DPI keeps everything in good order,” says Carrie Bradford of the Gohm team “and when you are trying to help someone back on their feet that is important.”

One of the services we provide after a fire or water loss is to do a Total Loss inventory for the home owner and insurance company. This is a long and tedious process that our techs have to go through in a structure but take pride in doing a good job for the insured.

Salvageable items and non salvageable items are inventoried and either disposed of or carefully packaged up to take back to the contents processing plant to clean and deodorize and brought back to pre-loss condition.

Contents can be pushed through as "RUSH" items like these golf clubs. We will turn the Rush items around in 24-48 hrs depending on the severity of the soot and odor on them. As you can image these Golf Clubs were a Rush Item for the home owners golf league
